Welcome to the Country Club Vista Property Owner's Association (CCVPOA) website. We are a wonderful community of 146 homes in Palm Bay, Florida. Our community includes clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and bocce court.

This website is the private resource of our membership. It contains our online archives, important documents, membership calendar, rules and forms. From this website you can contact a Board Member and read about what is happening in your neighborhood.

Please help support our YARD SALE! Start collecting items that can be reused and resold. All proceeds will go to our CCVista Beautification projects. (Unsold items will be donated to local charities.)

We can sell: Small Appliances, Pots, Pans, Glassware, Flatware, Linens, Knick-knacks, Pictures, Art, Dishes, Books, Electronics, Clothing, Shoes, Purses, Jewelry, Furniture, Lamps, Tools, Arts and Crafts Materials, Yarn, Games, Puzzles, Baskets, Decorative Items, Artificial Flowers, Pottery, Bicycles, Sport equipment and more! ASK if you're not sure.

Items must be clean and in working order. Keep items until dates for drop-off.

HELP! We're looking for storage space for bigger items. Do you have space to share?

First drop-off at the clubhouse will likely start on January 18 or 19, not sooner!
